C-MAIL is a message-handling program that is designed for Thrane&Thrane third
generation Inmarsat-C transceivers. The program is easily installed on PDA
running under the control of Pocket PC operating system and offers easy access to the
services available in the Inmarsat-C system.
C-Mail software enables:
to send and receive e-mails;
to echo the information on present coordinates, a course, a velocity and time of
their obtaining;
to transmit catch reports;
to receive and handle messages of the extended group call;
to conduct the book e-mail addresss;
To see on a screen the status of the terminal, presence of clocking with a satellite and a power level of a received signal.
